Dual PID provides consistent temperature in the separate steam and coffee boilers. The Linea Classic has helped to forge the world of coffee over the last 3 decades.
- Boiler:
- Insulated Boilers: reduce energy consumption while contributing to temperature stability.
- Dual Boiler System: separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production.
- PID Temperature Controller for coffee and steam: electronic, algorithmic control of the espresso brewing temperature (+/- 0.5°C).
- Water sensor: Measures the conductivity and hardness of water as it enters the machine.

- Stainless Steel Portafilters & Precision Baskets: for improved cup quality and consistency.
- 3-button interface: Buttons of the left group (AV) or on the electronics board (EE) can be used to program the machine.
Programmable doses – AV Only: Auto-Volumetrics ensure repeatability and consistency in high-volume settings. - Saturated Groups: ensure unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot.
- Pro app compatible: Electronic board that allows connectivity with the La Marzocco Pro App.

- Cronos Keypad: keypad with digital shot timer to monitor the extraction time (AV version only).
- Shot timer – AV only: Placed on top of the control button, digital shot timer monitors the extraction time.
